My partner and I stayed at this wonderful property for a romantic getaway. The staff at Mango Bay Resort were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters and indulging in delicious food. The resort also provided fun activities for us to enjoy. Although it was a bit far from Nadi and Suva, the secluded location was perfect for couples seeking a peaceful retreat.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Was very dirty and the lots of the food on the menu wasnt available. Quite expensive for what you got

the friendliness of the staff. the close proximity to the local villages so you get an example of true island life. the accomodation was very comfortable and cute.
The menu got a little boring by the end of our stay. some of the food served was a little hit and miss and other times it was phenominal. They could do a little more to clean up rubbish that some people leave lying about

Title: Amazing day trip, okay resort. Text: Had an awesome day trip with coral, snorkeling, BBQ lunch, and even saw dolphins. Resort itself was average, with outdated rooms and rusty showers. But hey, at least the staff was friendly!

The outdoor shower was an amazing experience! I've stayed at similar hotels in other countries that cost 10x more than what I had paid for the beach front bure at Mango Bay Resort.
The downfall about the resort was the location, as it's half way down the south of Fiji's main island there was a lot of travel time to and between other destinations. We hired a car which make life a lot easier, would definitely recommend this resort if you intend on staying at the resort and relaxing or taking up the sporting activities provided by the resort.

The rest of the staff were mind-blowing, going above and beyond to ensure a super comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nothing was too much trouble and their welcoming nature made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, offering a good variety and the chefs were jaw-droppingly awesome. The private beach was a real treat and the housekeeping service every day was a nice touch. We loved the free use of non-motorised water gear, it added to the fun and excitement of our stay. The pool was nice and provided a relaxing atmosphere for some much-needed downtime. The location, although a bit of a drive from the airport, was totally worth it. The view from our accommodation was absolutely beautiful, especially when the sun went down. Ed and his partner Jenny were fantastic hosts, always there to provide advice and recommendations. Their personal touch made our holiday truly special. The staff were outstandingly friendly and the whole experience was incredibly personal. Can't wait to come back!

Had a very good time overall, but the place/facilities need to be refresh i think. The pool terrasse, some of the beach chairs. We stayed in Safari bure, the shower broke down(it happens!!). I wonder why the safaris bures are turned terrasse facing the small stream and some houses are the back. Weird when u have a lovely garden on the other side...And we found out that people staying at the bures seafornt second row had a better deal than us...surprising

We had an incredible time at this beautiful resort located right on the beach. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The stunning ocean view from our room added to the relaxing atmosphere. The resort had plenty of activities to keep us entertained and the swimming pool and gardens were well-maintained. The fresh and delicious pancakes for breakfast were a highlight. We also appreciated the reasonable prices and the availability of drinking water from barrels.
Some areas of the games room could have been cleaner.

Room rates a little expensive. Some office staff clearly lack training & had no idea of what to do. Marketed as an 'adult only' resort yet families with small children were present.

The rooms at Mango Bay Resort are absolutely charming! The bungalows with thatched roofs give a rustic and exotic feel, while the mosquito nets add a touch of adventure. The private bathrooms provide the perfect amount of privacy for our family. We loved the cozy and authentic vibe of our room!
One thing that we personally didn't enjoy as much were the shared bathrooms in the dorms. Although this is just our subjective opinion, we understand that others may still find it convenient and enjoyable.

The beach was absolutely stunning and the resort had a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were not up to standard. They had no windows, only shutters that didn't work properly.
